We invite high-quality research contributions for the International Conference on Breakthrough Technology in Sustainable Development (ICBTSD 2025). Authors are requested to carefully follow the submission guidelines outlined below.
1. Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration in any other journal, conference, or workshop.
2. All submissions will undergo a single-blind peer review process. Authors’ names and affiliations should be included in the manuscript.
3. Papers must be written in English and prepared strictly according to the IEEE Conference Paper Template.

• File format: PDF only.
• Font & Layout: As per IEEE two-column conference format.
• Plagiarism: Papers will be checked using plagiarism detection tools. Similarity index should be below 20%.
• Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of novelty, technical content, clarity, significance, and relevance.
• Each paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers from the Technical Program Committee.
• Authors of accepted papers will be required to register and present their work at the conference (oral or poster presentation).
• All presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
• Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in Scopus-indexed journals (subject to journal guidelines and availability).
